2017 Highlights in the Lord

New Changing Life Deliverance Church celebrates this week’s “Highlights” in the Lord. We thank God for our leader, Bishop Bobby Wellons, Sr. The Lord continues to use the Man of God to help us recognize the “Highlights” of the Lord.

There are many blessings that take place in our lives; but the miracles that we experience are true highlights that we must always recognize and share with others around us. John 5:1-16 discussed the highlight of a man that sat at the Pool of Bethesda for 38 long years. Thirty-eight years is a lifetime for some; so imagine the case of infirmity he was facing for a lifetime that only Jesus could change with one simple word of instruction: “Rise, take up thy bed and walk”.

2017 has been an amazing year thus far. God let us know, through our Bishop that 2017 is the year of “Increase”. And yes, since January of this year, an “Increase” is exactly what we’ve continued to experience. Although the trials may get increasingly heavy, and times get a little rough; we recognize that through it all God will never leave us, nor forsake us. As we “rise”, God is reminding us through Psalm 1, of the character and actions of a “blessed man”. “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly…”; revealed in the 1st verse from this 1st division of Psalms. As we study this scripture thoroughly, it opens us up to more of how a blessed man lives his life; and the benefits he will gain from doing so.

A blessed man “shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season”. Galatians 5:22-23 describe the 9 Fruit of the Spirit in its entirety; which includes love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance (against such there is no law). However, imagine how many Saints we know that has an abundance of love, faith, and goodness; but they lack joy. When God saved us, joy was one of the first things we should have experienced. We couldn’t wait to tell everyone we knew that we were saved. We shared the love of God with so much joy and excitement. We wanted everyone in our family saved. We shouted, gave God glory for everything, and kept a genuine smile on our faces without realizing we were smiling. What happened to that joy??? What happened to that smile??? Who or what did we allow to take it from us???

It’s time for us to rise, go back, and get it! It’s time for RESTORATION. Everything the devil stole, God is getting ready to return. This includes our JOY!!!!! Saints, go back and get your joy. If you don’t want that old joy anymore; ask the Lord to give you BETTER JOY than you had before. Now, that’s RESTORATION!!!!!

Hide Your Child

New Changing Life Deliverance Church is still thanking God, and marveling at HIS truths toward HIS people. We experience the many blessings, miracles, and deliverance messages that He speaks through the mouth of the Prophet and Man of God Bobby Wellons, Sr.; but on the eve of the Fall 2015 Back to School Monday, we experienced a life changing message and warning for our children: “Hide Your Child”.

On a personal note, I am so appreciative and thankful for the delivery of this message as it was also close to my heart for the preparation of the 2015 Back to School season. Are we training our children? Are we investing real time into their lives. Investment real time does not mean buying them clothes, shoes, toys, and giving them hairdos & cuts. Investing real time into your child means bringing them up in the Lord, teaching them to “watch as well as pray”. Teaching them to keep themselves Holy unto the Lord. Not making haste to have premarital sex, commit fornication, and involving themselves in mature relationships that they are not ready for.

God is crying out to parents with a warning to be watchful and CARE for their children… Proverbs 22:6 (KJV) says “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” The enemy is waiting to take advantage of the innocence of our children. Whether inside or outside of the church, parents are urged to “HIDE” their children in the presence of God’s safety; but it begins with the training. Many children are falling by the wayside because they are not being trained. Training begins at home. However, there is a major lack, and this lack can be seen in the fact that there are babies having babies.

Jesus reminds us in Matthew 21:13 (KJV), that “…It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.” This scripture speaks volumes as to what is needed to be preached, taught, and trained in the church today. God knows that HIS people has need of many things including material blessings; but the most important factor is what is needed for our souls. Training up our children in the right way is much more powerful than money in the bank. We will receive money in the bank, we will drive our new cars, we will move into our new homes; but how can we enjoy these things when the lives of your children are at stake? We need to look at the big picture, and keep our eyes focused on what’s really important. Exodus 2:1-3 explains how a mother knew, saw, and valued the importance of who her child was in the Lord, and this child was Moses. If Moses’ mother did not “HIDE” and protect her “Goodly” child, the children of Israel would not have been led out of bondage(Egypt).

Do you know or recognize the value of your child? Have you taken time to invest in the value of your child’s life in the Lord? If not, now is the time. Selfishness can lead to child neglect, teen pregnancy, molestation, rape… The list goes on and on. So never get too self involved that you become blind to what is truly taking place in your child’s life. Find out what’s going on in your child’s life at school, church, playground, their computers, and phones. Ask your child questions about their friends, and the families that their “friends” come from. Moses was a Hebrew child, born of the Levites. He came from a Holy, God-fearing family, that was set aside as a chosen people for HIS (God’s) Kingdom. His mother knew that he was special and came from a special family, so by faith and selflessness, she offered him a place of safety and hid him from danger. Parents, let this act of love and selflessness be an example of the distance you must go to protect your child; while believing that God will reward you for trusting in HIS safety for your child.

Bishop Bobby Wellons, Sr. & The New Changing Life Deliverance Church Family sends much love to you and yours. May God keep, bless, and protect your family throughout the Fall School Season and 2015 in its entirety.

1st Annual NCLDC 2015 Vacation Bible Camp

The 1st Annual New Changing Life Deliverance Church 2015 Vacation Bible Camp was a huge success and blessing. The Vacation Bible Camp began on Monday, July 6 through Friday, July, 10, 2015. With a theme of “Love Is…”, each participant learned the significance and importance of love in action based on 1 Corinthians 13 (The Love Chapter).

NCLDC Vacation Camp Week included activities that ranged from bible based scriptural studies, children’s biblical based games & arts & crafts, to photography, and mini movie writing/film making. Each child was challenged to learn the true meaning of God’s love through action. During camp; lunches, snacks, and drinks were provided daily; along with fresh outdoor activities. On Wednesday July 8th, Vacation Bible Camp kicked off with 1 full hour of prayer at our Noon Day Prayer Service; followed by the scheduled camp activities. Transportation was provided for children with working parents; while parents provided 100% of love, support, and encouragement to the VBC Staff Members through prayer, supplies, food stuffs, and monetary donations.

Staff Members included: Minister Desirae Allen & Sister Laticia Reyes. Additional On-Site Support: Brother Kevin Barnett, Sister Sharon Bryant, Sister Dashia Baptiste, and Brother Marquest Reyes, Sr.

The Angel of NCLDC has Troubled the Water: Be the First to Get In

November 17, 2014

Mannnnnnnn, I don’t know where to begin… All I can say is “Man-o-Man”; God used our Bishop and Man-o-Man of God on Sunday, November 16, 2014. With that said, 2014 is the Acceptable Year of the Lord. This is our year of Jubilee. From Isaiah 61 to St. John 5; we at New Changing Life Deliverance Church is “On Fire”, wrapped up in the Word of God so heavy, “it’s a shame”. The question is…. “How much word can you get?” The answer is “Can’t get enough!”. Our souls are crying out “Hallelujah” for all of the joy, freedom, deliverance, truth, and salvation that God is bringing through the Word.

Praise Is What We Do

In order to keep the victory, and the Spirit of the Lord surrounding you and your life; you must keep the praises ringing. Praises release the presence of the Lord, and everything else He has for us. We as Saints must remember that staying involved in the move of God and His Spirit will bring us wholeness. The Man at the Pool of Bethesda sat there for 38 long years; without a healing because he waited for someone else to put him in. But the scripture, St. John 5 KJV, makes it plain that an angel will come down at a certain season, and trouble the water. In turn, whosoever gets in the water FIRST, will be made whole of whatsoever disease they may have.  Now, its time for YOU to make up in your mind that You Will Be First; second place is first loser. Claim your #1 spot, get in first. You don’t have to wait for someone to push you or force you to praise God; this should be already in your heart and mind to please Gold with your praise. Praise MUST be unconditional. No matter your situation, you have enough to praise God for. Life and breath alone is enough to praised God. Take a minute and think about where you are in life at this moment……. You are SAVED!!!!!!!!! Jesus saved your life, now praise God for that!!!!!! HEYYYYYYYY, Hallelujah!!!!!!!

The Best

Not only do we get in the move of the water (spirit) for blessings, etc. We use this time to make a move while the spirit is moving. The Spirit of God is not only moving in your church, but also in your life and daily walk. God is performing miracles, working out situations in the spiritual realm that the eye can’t see; so move with the Spirit. Example, if your leader (Man or Women of God) has spoken a word of Prophesy: Homes, cars, jobs then start looking and preparing yourselves for your new home, car, or job. Faith without works is dead, so you must move while the Spirit is moving. Those prophesies are in the atmosphere and we must pull them down in the spirit and go after them. Go for the Best, get the Best, reach out for the Best…. It’s your time, the certain season, the acceptable year of the Lord; so move with the Spirit.

Command God for Your Blessings & Wait on the Lord

However, while you are seeking and reaching out for these blessings, you must continue to “Wait on the Lord”… Wait while you are busy and getting involved in God’s business, BELIEVE while you’re waiting…. You don’t have to rush God or be anxious because whatever you’re asking God for is ON THE WAY!!!! So, just wait and Watch God Move. Nevertheless, remember to keep God in remembrance of your requests and expectations. Use the power of the Holy Spirit to Command God to release those blessings. You must have a real relationship and close walk with God when you attempt to command Him. Commanding God to release your blessings is just one of the many perks and benefits you gain when you’re walking in righteousness (right standing) with the Lord…

Question… Are you in right standing with the Lord?

Ask God for help. He’s not just a healer or provider, He is the Christ. He came to seek and save that which was lost. Be the first to say Yes to God, Give God another Yes, and start a new beginning in the love and Life of God. He’s waiting on you.

Please take a moment to meditate on the following scriptures as they relate to the above reading. You will be blessed and changed as you take time to read the Holy Scriptures pertaining to this “In Season” Word. God bless you and much love from  New Changing Life Deliverance Church and our Bishop Bobby Wellons, Sr.

St. John 5 (The Pool of Bethesda….Take up your bed and walk)

Psalm 27:14 (Wait on the Lord)

Isaiah 45:11 (Command God)

Acts 16:25-27 (Praises opens up the jail cell doors)

Isaiah 61 (The acceptable year of the Lord)

Violent Faith!!!

9/28/2014

Matthew 11:12 (KJV) …the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force”.

You may have suffered or gone through during the first 6 months of this year, but that suffering is over. God is going to take the next 6 months of this year within your life, and turn it around in your favor. You have gone through the struggles, and trials; so now its time for your blessings. We as Saints don’t need to look at trying situations as if it’s the end of everything. We need to see that God is getting ready to turn things around. Our job is to stay obedient, pay our tithes and offerings, keep praying, and serve God and others; as we go THROUGH the trial. Then once the trial is over, know that your blessing is NEXT.

We (at NCLDC) thank God for all things, because we know that “all things work together for good to them that love God…” Many of us experience situations where we can’t see our way out, and don’t know what’s going to happen next. However, just keep in mind that if God is taking you through a great trial, then your reward will be a great blessing. Our job as saints is to stay focused and don’t stop believing that “God is gonna bring us out of this one on top!” Never give up, don’t quit because your blessing it right around the corner.

Within, Luke 18:1-9 (KJV) Jesus discusses the parable of the “Unjust Judge”. This parable reveals that if we continue to believe in God and be persistent about requesting our blessings without giving up on the promise; then God will eventually move. Sometimes, God just tests us to see if we will give up. He wants to see if we will be faithful in trusting His words and promises to us. We as Saints can’t afford to just give up, or accept a negative report from the Devil. We have to keep pressing on and trust God. We have to step out on faith, go and take what’s belongs to us.

There are prophecies and promises that God has made to us which have not YET come to pass. If you need to remind God, keep those prophecies in remembrance and “point your finger in God’s face” and let HIM know that you have not forgotten what He has promised you. Let HIM know how long you have been waiting and trusting what He says and God will eventually “avenge you of your adversary”. However, you must live a life that will allow God to accept your finger and prayer:) Saints, don’t give up on God. Let HIM know that you are waiting, and most importantly, DON’T STOP WAITING! Keep the faith, and don’t stop praying. That widow was persistent; she did not take “No” for an answer.

It takes a strong belief in God to keep trust and believe in His promises. We can’t let anything shake our faith. We have to keep God’s word in our heart, and ponder on it. Luke 2:19 (KJV) says “but Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart”. Mary believed, received, and kept the words that God spoke to her concerning Jesus’ life in her heart. As Jesus grew older, Mary saw those spoken words become a reality (during many instances). Now your job is to keep praying, believing, reminding, and trust God. Be unmoveable!

With all of that said, God has spoken through the mouth of the Prophet, Bishop Bobby Wellons, Sr. to let us know that:

  • We must have “Violent Faith”
  • God is going to move on our behalf, like he did for the Persistent Widow
  • We must “Check our Prayer Life”
  • Slap that Devil and Take It Back!!!

Please review the above scriptures, in addition to: Matthew 8:5-10 KJV, discussing the Faith of the Centurion. God is pleased by hearing us pray for others, versus continually praying for ourselves. He loves to feel the concern that we have for others; that concern reveals our level of faith, and how that same faith reaches God. Remember to ALWAYS reach out for others as you reach out to God.

Love you in the Lord,

New Changing Life Deliverance Church
