Be A Blessing

“That in blessing I will bless thee…” Gen. 22:17 (KJV)

God has blessed His people in countless ways to mention; however He requires us to return the favor and be a blessing to others.

We at NCLDC continue to thank God, our Heavenly Father; our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for using the life of our spiritual leader and Bishop, Bobby Wellons, Sr. On Sunday, November 20, 2016 we received a Word of Truth, Faith, Salvation and Deliverance. Think it not strange that these words are capitalized; the capitalization represents the emphasis and importance placed on yesterday’s message. The Word came to do exactly what it set out to do (Deliver us from Lodebar (sin).

God has called His people to live a righteous life; but are we truly living in that calling. Life is more than meat and the body more than raiment (Luke 12:23 KJV). However, we fall into the trap of taking more care of our outer appearance when the inside is dying from sins WE have committed. It’s time to really take a closer look at our lives and our walk with Christ.

Do we really LOVE Him the way that we say we do? Do we truly appreciate Him the way that we say we do? Does a life of Salvation really matter to us (with all sincerity)? Do we really care where our souls will end up after this life on earth?

These are questions that we must ask OURSELVES, on a daily basis. It’s time to check OURSELVES; judge not the lives of others, and “work out our own salvation with fear and trembling” (Philippians 2:12 KJV). God made us to love one another; and that’s what Salvation is really all about. God is love. There are so many Saints (I am a witness) that begged the Lord to be saved and set free from all of the lies, mess, hatred, anger, jealously, lust, unhappiness, and misery of the world. For many of us, the world was hard to walk away from. However, by God’s grace we made it out. This alone is ENOUGH to thank God and serve Him for the rest of our days.

To be free in Jesus is water to a thirsty man days after his last drop of water. His thirst is quenched, his mouth no longer dry, and he’s revived by what was needed most. Jesus is our living water; without Him we cannot survive.

Saints, God is asking us to take inventory of ourselves. Remember what is most important to God for our lives.

That we may:

  • Be honest and confess our faults; even in prayer.
  • Let the Lord know where we are located in our spirits.

Personal Inventory:

  • Are we judging others (unrighteously)?
  • Are we lifting up our brothers and sisters in prayer without condemning and pulling one another down?

We must remember that the souls we pull down barely made it to God (by the skin of their teeth); and ran away from what they believed was no longer good for them. They were running for shelter in God’s house, a place of safety. With that said, it’s the job of the Saints to help restore their broken hearts and bear their infirmities. We were once lost, and some of us are still crying out for MORE JESUS.

1 Peter 4:18 (KJV) says, “…the righteous scarcely be saved”.

Moreover, no matter how long we have been “saved”, and/or walking with the Lord; we will ALWAYS need the Lord (EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!!!!)

“For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. “ (2 Corinthians 5:21)

The Watchman on the Wall

“God gave it to Jesus, Jesus gave it to the angel, the angel gave it to John”…

John in the above quotation represents the Angel of this Church, Bishop Bobby Wellons, Sr. He is our Watchman on the Wall.

New Changing Life Deliverance Church is so grateful to know that the Lord loves us enough to send a leader that will sit in his place, and deliver the message of salvation, truth, and deliverance for the saving of our soul. We Need Help! And we can’t get the help that we need without a Watchman.

Hallelujah! God is so good, and HE is willing to love us through a man that he trusts with our souls. This is why it is important to obey, follow, and support your leader; the one who has your blessings in his mouth. God gave the answers to your problems and questions to the Angel of your Church, the Shepherd of your soul. Your Shepherd is assigned to you(vice versa).

The Bible says, my sheep will know my voice, and another he will not follow. It’s imperative that we understand and know from which our blessings flow. The miracles and blessings of the children of Isreal flowed through Moses. The miracles and blessings of Shem, Ham, and Japheth flowed through Noah; as did Lot through Abraham.

Do you recognize from which your blessings flow? We must be careful of “words that just sound good”. Your blessings flow from the same place that you received your deliverance, breakthrough, healing, jobs, finance, husband, wife, etc. They came through YOUR Shepherd. The one that prays and labor for you and your family.

Please study the following scriptures given to us from God to Jesus, Jesus to the angel, the angel to Bishop Bobby Wellons, Sr. These scriptures will open your mind to understanding the truth about HEARING what’s important, from the Watchman on the Wall assigned to your soul. With the fear of God and humility of God, I urge you to study and apply this reading to your life as it stands now. You WILL be forever changed!
