Word For The Day

PRESS

Philippians 3:12-14 King James Version (KJV)

12 Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.

13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,

14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

THINK IT NOT STRANGE

1 Peter 4:12-13 King James Version (KJV)

12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:

13 But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

Be A Blessing

“That in blessing I will bless thee…” Gen. 22:17 (KJV)

God has blessed His people in countless ways to mention; however He requires us to return the favor and be a blessing to others.

We at NCLDC continue to thank God, our Heavenly Father; our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for using the life of our spiritual leader and Bishop, Bobby Wellons, Sr. On Sunday, November 20, 2016 we received a Word of Truth, Faith, Salvation and Deliverance. Think it not strange that these words are capitalized; the capitalization represents the emphasis and importance placed on yesterday’s message. The Word came to do exactly what it set out to do (Deliver us from Lodebar (sin).

God has called His people to live a righteous life; but are we truly living in that calling. Life is more than meat and the body more than raiment (Luke 12:23 KJV). However, we fall into the trap of taking more care of our outer appearance when the inside is dying from sins WE have committed. It’s time to really take a closer look at our lives and our walk with Christ.

Do we really LOVE Him the way that we say we do? Do we truly appreciate Him the way that we say we do? Does a life of Salvation really matter to us (with all sincerity)? Do we really care where our souls will end up after this life on earth?

These are questions that we must ask OURSELVES, on a daily basis. It’s time to check OURSELVES; judge not the lives of others, and “work out our own salvation with fear and trembling” (Philippians 2:12 KJV). God made us to love one another; and that’s what Salvation is really all about. God is love. There are so many Saints (I am a witness) that begged the Lord to be saved and set free from all of the lies, mess, hatred, anger, jealously, lust, unhappiness, and misery of the world. For many of us, the world was hard to walk away from. However, by God’s grace we made it out. This alone is ENOUGH to thank God and serve Him for the rest of our days.

To be free in Jesus is water to a thirsty man days after his last drop of water. His thirst is quenched, his mouth no longer dry, and he’s revived by what was needed most. Jesus is our living water; without Him we cannot survive.

Saints, God is asking us to take inventory of ourselves. Remember what is most important to God for our lives.

That we may:

  • Be honest and confess our faults; even in prayer.
  • Let the Lord know where we are located in our spirits.

Personal Inventory:

  • Are we judging others (unrighteously)?
  • Are we lifting up our brothers and sisters in prayer without condemning and pulling one another down?

We must remember that the souls we pull down barely made it to God (by the skin of their teeth); and ran away from what they believed was no longer good for them. They were running for shelter in God’s house, a place of safety. With that said, it’s the job of the Saints to help restore their broken hearts and bear their infirmities. We were once lost, and some of us are still crying out for MORE JESUS.

1 Peter 4:18 (KJV) says, “…the righteous scarcely be saved”.

Moreover, no matter how long we have been “saved”, and/or walking with the Lord; we will ALWAYS need the Lord (EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!!!!)

“For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. “ (2 Corinthians 5:21)

Please read and study the following and aforementioned scriptures, as they will bless your soul. As the Word of God blesses you, turn and be a blessing to someone else.

The Word:

Ephesians 4:29 (No corrupt communication)

Matthew 7:1-5 (Judge not others)

Genesis 12 (God will show you)

Book of Amos (Man of Honesty)

Book of Jonah (Making the Wrong Choices)

Words of Encouragement:

“Thank God for SALVATION! I am Saved”

“Be a blessing, and do something for God”

“Love God from inside”

“Learn from your mistakes”

“The battle is not yours”

NCLDC 13th Annual Pastor’s Appreciation Recap

“Lord, whatever you’re doing in this season, don’t do it without me”

New Changing Life Deliverance Church is thanking God for the mighty works and messages delivered to support our leader, Bishop Bobby Wellons, Sr. during his 13th Annual Pastor’s Appreciation Celebration (Sept. 6-9th, 2016).

“Be not weary in well doing, for in due season we shall reap if we faint not” Galatians 6:9 (KJV)

We thank God for the powerhouse Pastors and leaders that came out to lift up, encourage, and minister to our leader for all of his hard work and labor in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As the event scripture: Galatians 6:9 (KJV)  laid the foundation for the Word of God to come forth; the Holy Ghost endued each guest speaker with the power to “take off” and run with the Word of God for the edification of our leader, Bishop Bobby Wellons, Sr. as well as the body of Christ.

The guest speakers during this year’s appreciation ceremony included none other than Pastor George Sands (Alpha Omega Love Mission), Pastor Joy Jackson (Christian Fellowship Worship Center), Apostle Stevenson (under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Glenton Samuels, Jr. & Life Changing Anointing International) Bishop Joel E. Pratt (Addina Jireh Ministries), and Prophet Bobby Antonio Wellons. As the Lord chose each of these Men and Women of God to hold up the arms of our leader in a mighty way; there was nothing but love and support in honor of our leader. The Man of God (honoree) was able to sit back, and hear what the Lord had in store for him. He received the Word of God as a return for the many seeds, prayers, and tears he has sown over the years for thousands of souls.

This joyous occasion would not be possible without the support our leader Bishop Bobby Wellons, Sr. , the Armor Bearers, Ministers, Musicians, Ushers, Dancers, Mimers, and faithful members of New Changing Life Deliverance Church. We would like to take this time out to say “THANK YOU NEW CHANGING LIFE DELIVERANCE CHURCH” in addition to all of the friends, families, and loved ones that supported our mission to be a blessing to the Man of God, spiritually and financially. May God continue to keep and bless you as we continue this race together in one mind, one body, and one spirit. It was definitely a labor of love; and encouragement to the one (Bishop Wellons, Sr.) that holds it all together by God’s grace. “Much prayer, much power, some prayer, some power, little prayer, little power, no prayer, no power”!

Much Love,

NCLDC
