God is Getting Ready To Do It

God Is Getting Ready To Do It

July 3, 2014

Are you ready? Have you prepared yourself for what God is getting ready to do for you? Hmmmmm, some may say that the previous question is peculiar, but we are a peculiar people. We must always be prepared and ready for the moving of God. God is getting ready to bless, change, and restore the years that the canker worms have eaten.

God continues to use our Bishop, Pastor, Leader, and Man of God Bobby Wellons, Sr. to speak a word into our situation; and each word is true prophecy that SHALL and WILL come to pass. “God is getting ready to do it! If he did it before, he will do it again”. With that said, we don’t have to sit around worrying, panicking, biting our nails, and doubting what we need to have faith for. If you need salvation, healing, deliverance, a home, a car, a job, and bills to be paid; just TRUST God for those things. TRUST is what the Man of God teaches and instills within our ministry.

We always have proof of what God can do by remembering what he has already done in the past. God has not only delivered, made ways, and saved us out of situations; he has also done it for our friends and family members. We can look back at their lives, and meditate on the testimonies that were shared throughout the years. These testimonies help build faith, and encourage the hearts of the people. “Don’t forget to remember” is a message and true nugget that our Bishop continues to push. It means that we should never forget what God has done for us in the past; as those testimonies WILL help us to pass our next test.

If he did it before, he can do it again!!!! Review the following scriptures as they will help you understand why it is IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER what God has already done…

Matthew 16:9 (KJV) “Do ye not yet understand, neither remember the five loaves of the five thousand, and how many baskets ye took up?”

Mark 8:18 (KJV) “Having eyes, see ye not? and having ears, hear ye not? and do ye not remember?”

I Got A Feeling…

Everything is Gonna Be Alright!

Sometimes we as Christians seek signs, and this may not always be a bad thing. Remember, signs and wonders follow the believer; and wherever the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty: Liberty in testifying, praising God, miracles, healings, and blessings. Wherever we find praise, we will find God there also.

So many times we hear people saying “that’s God”, or “God is in that place”; but have you seen the signs of God being in that place? There should be evidence of a change, a shift, a transition of better things once God have left a place. There should be a sense of peace, or a better outcome after God has been in a particular place. We are shifting, but we have to allow God to do the shift.

On Sunday, the Man of God spoke about God taking our nothing, and turning it into something. With that said, that is a true sign of God, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit being present in your situation. Many Christians have situations in which we need help, and the best way to receive your answer is through Jesus. You may not seek a sign, but pay attention to the sign especially when you know that Jesus is there. For example, when you are in church service, and the spirit of God is high; this is the time for you to “jump in”, and get involved. It’s time for us to “reach out” and touch the Lord as HE goes by. The song says that “you will find he’s not too busy to hear your heart’s cry”. Touch God, go to God, and tell him ALL about it. Tell HIM all about your situations. He is the one who has the answer and can fix your problems.

Just A.S.K.

The Bible tells us to ASK, SEEK, and KNOCK. If you ask, you will receive; if you seek, you shall find; and if you knock, the door shall be opened unto you. A.S.K. God while he is near. That’s what it’s all about. Instead of worrying and trying to figure out what to do, just go directly to the source and pray. If you are living an obedient life unto the Lord, you have the power to command God your blessings; you have the right to entreat him concerning your needs and requests. However, we do have leaders, the Men and Women of God that can get a prayer through unto God, and consult HIM on our behalf. We just can’t let go until the Lord blesses us.

God uses the Man of God, Bishop Bobby Wellons to let us know that if we have prayed for 3 years on a particular matter and it still hasn’t come yet; just wait and pray 3 more years. We have to trust and wait on God, because he has the right time and season picked out for us. He knows when we are due for a blessing. Until then, everything will be alright.

Take a moment to review the following scriptures as they relate to the above narrative. These scriptures are evidence of what has taken place throughout history to let us know that in the presence of God are: miracles, blessings, healings, salvation, and solutions to all of our problems. However, when it’s all said and done; I want to be saved.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 King James Version (KJV) “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven…”
Genesis 32:26 (KJV) Jacob Wrestles with God- “And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me.”
John 11:1-43 (KJV) Jesus raises Lazarus from the dead
John 6:1-14King James Version (KJV) Jesus Feeds 5,000 –HE made something out of nothing
Matthew 12:39 (KJV) “But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:”
Mark 16:17 (KJV) “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
