Use Your Faith

“If my people which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14 (KJV)

God is telling us to pray, humbly, and he will wipe the slate clean. The ground is ready to be healed, but it needs to be pruned. True prayer can reach God. However, if you feel as though you can’t get a prayer through; find a prayer partner that can help build your faith and reach God. The bible says in Matthew 18:19 (KJV) “Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.” With that said, God is letting you know that PRAYER is the answer. He’s waiting to hear from you, put your faith to work along with prayer.

The Faith of the Centurion: Matthew 8:5-13(KJV)

The Centurion was a man of faith like none other. Jesus himself said …”I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith”. Jesus marveled at the centurion’s faith. The centurion knew the power of speaking a word while being under authority. He knew that he was a man under authority that had soldiers under him; subject to the commandments and word of his instruction. The spiritual aspect of such a revelation is that if we are under the authority of God, then we are in authority over every situation. With that authority, we can speak a word of power and victory over anything. We also have the authority to speak to those demons, devils, commanding them to flee; and they MUST obey. Just speak a word!!!

Faith & Agreement

God doesn’t just see the need, He sees our faith. Prime example, in Matthew 9:2-8 (KJV), the scripture reveals how when a man sick of the palsy was brought to see Jesus through a roof on a couch, by his friends; Jesus healed him. Jesus was focused on the faith of the paralyzed man AND his friends. They believed God TOGETHER. The scripture reads: “and, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith saith unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.” This is a beautiful scenario, because not only does it show faith, it shows that you can have people to believe with you, and God will move on their behalf. WE MUST BE CAREFUL of those that we “think” are on our side. As a saint, we must know those that labor among us, and those that are “really” for us. Choose wisely when it comes to praying with someone or selecting a prayer partner; because this can have a negative impact on your walk with the Lord.

Pray in the Spirit

We understand that prayer in agreement with a fellow believer, can lead to wonderful blessings and answers from the Lord. However, ask God to make you an effective prayer warrior. Praying in the spirit while speaking in tongues; is a powerful and effective way to reach God; without a “prayer blocker/hater” hearing your prayer. Not only are you speaking directly to God in HIS heavenly language; you are also speaking in a mystery that the devil can’t understand. That secret prayer is what God loves because, as you pray in secret, he will bless you openly.

Reach Out

“…My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.”John 4:34 (KJV)

The assignment, calling, and anointing on your life is not just for you, it’s to help others. Even your effectual and fervent prayer is a gift that God has given you to reach out for others. You may not have all of the money, or material things that can be used for help; but you do have prayer. Prayer is power, it works, and it changes things. Use what you have to be a blessing to someone else. We saw in Acts 3:6-16 (KJV), that Peter and John didn’t have material things to give to the lame man at the beautiful gate. However, Peter and John had the name of Jesus, the anointing, authority, and a word of faith. Those 4 sources of power healed a man that was lame from his mother’s womb.  Reach out: Help others. Our calling, anointing, and prosperity is not just for us; “Not Just Your Four and No More”….. Reach out! New Changing Life Deliverance Church is an outreach ministry. We ARE a church that cares, and we “see about others”. Reaching out is the true job of a Christian.

God used the Man of God: Bishop, Prophet, Evangelist Bobby Wellons, Sr. in such a mighty way on Sunday, and the following are a few of the many profound words, revelations, and prophesy that God spoke through these lips of clay. Please take a moment to meditate, ponder, and study these words. They WILL change your life.

Prophesy:

Homes

Jobs (that we can depend on)

Healing was in the place: God is wiping the slate clean with our health: making us whole

 Lessons learned:

How to win our husband, how to recognize a cheating mate, don’t force your husband to be saved; or he will cheat

Some of our trials are only meant for God to be manifested, and get the glory

A just man falls 7 times, and continues to rise up

Lean on the Holy Ghost

Give up everything to serve God

Its God’s will for us to be blessed

Ask Jesus anything, and he’ll do it. Hallelujah!

If You See Me When I Go Up

August 10, 2014

John 4:24 (KJV) God is a Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth.

Thank God for our Bishop and Leader: Bishop Bobby Wellons, Sr. on this Sunday evening. The Lord used him to touch the hearts and lives of many; but mainly helping us to realize that we need to reach God in the spirit and not in the flesh. If you truly begin to pray, walk, talk, and meditate on God in the Spirit; your connection and communication will begin to reach Him on another level. You will begin to see yourself going higher in Him.

However, this is not a onetime thing; we must be consistent with our SPIRITUAL communication with God. The Man of God spoke about the “Mystery” of God in reference to praying in the spirit. The bible tells us that when we pray, pray in secret. This secret prayer is about being on an up close and personal level that the devil can’t enter in. You are not praying to show off, or gain recognition by your many words. You are praying to reach God so that things and situations change for the better.

Matthew 6:5 (KJV) And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, they have their reward.

Matthew 6:6 (KJV) But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to the Father which is in secret, and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

How do we expect to reach God, if it’s not in the Spirit? The Spirit knows what we need to pray for, before we even know. The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 2:11 (KJV) “even so the things if God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.” Only God knows what’s best for us. Sometimes we should ask God to bless us with what HE desires for us, because it WILL be the BEST. Romans 8:26 (KJV) is prime example of why allowing the spirit to pray on our behalf helps… “Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

With that said, not only MUST we thank God for God and Jesus, we must ALSO thank God for His Holy Spirit. For it will lead and guide us into all truth. The spirit will also assist us in completing the assignments that God has placed in our lives. We all are on a mission to complete a spiritual task at hand. But we must first make up in our minds that we will give up the FLESH for the SPIRIT. We must prepare ourselves for the blessing of God, by being on time and ready for whatsoever HE may ask of us.

Question: Are you ready?

Saints, we are going higher. God is getting ready to promote us to another level. For those true saints that are worshipping God in Spirit and in truth; for those saints that “see the Man of God as he goes up” (2 Kings 2: 1-11 KJV); for those saints that will “stick and stay” when the Man of God goes down, get ready to go higher. You are being promoted to another levelJ It’s been a rough journey, and a long road traveled, but it’s your time and it’s your season (thou good and faithful servants). Remember, what goes down; must come up.

Take a moment to review the following scriptures as God used the Man of God to bring them forth in today’s POWERFUL message of strength, love, joy, prosperity, increase, and salvation. Each scripture applies to specific scenarios that all work together for the good of those that love the Lord.

John 7: 36-52 (KJV) Never Man Spoke Like This

Joshua 1 (KJV) Be Courageous

Genesis 37: 18-36 (KJV) Joseph Sold into Slavery

Psalm 37 (KJV) Do Right
