Ask God to Consider You

Ask God to Consider You

Job 1:8 KJV- “And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?”

“Hast thou considered my servant Job?” Ask God to consider you. Job was a man of faith and trust. He believed fully that no matter what he went through; that God would bring him out. After losing everything- his home, his riches, and even his children all in one day; he still trusted God.

Once again, ask God to consider you… He is bragging on you to the devil, and the devil needs to know that God’s faith in YOU is not in vain. Go through your trials, tribulations, and struggles because in the end; God will turn it around.

I am Here

Ecclesiastes 1:1-2 KJV- “The words of the Preacher, the son of David, king in Jerusalem. Vanity of vanities, says the Preacher, vanity of vanities! All is vanity.”

God is speaking through the Prophet and the Man of God to let us know that we need not to be concerned about all of the material and riches of this world. We get so caught up, YES! Christians get caught up too. We get wrapped up in the material things, all things vanity… in money, cars, and homes, that we forget about what is important… Salvation. We begin to worship the creation more that the creator. Saints, where are we in our walk with the Lord? Are we in our assigned kingdom positions? Are we in our right lanes? Whose side are we on? Who do we believe in? What do we believe in? We have lost sight of what is best, and we have lost power.

It’s sad because the church is where power is supposed to be, but the saints are scared, they are afraid to go out into the streets and take back what belongs to them. We have to take back the pimp, the prostitute, the crack addict, and drug dealer out of the hands of the enemy. We have authority, what are we afraid of?

2 Timothy 1:7 KJV “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”

First, thank God for “Being Here”… Thank God for being alive and well. Even if you don’t have a dime to your name, just know that “God got you”. As long as we have the Father in our lives to steer us in the right path and direction, he will take care of everything else. The Man of God used the quote cited by Whoopi Goldberg’s character Celie, in the Academy Award nominated movie, The Color Purple, to let us know that we need to be grateful for just being HERE… “I’m poor, black, I may even be ugly; but dear God, I’m here! I’m here!” –Alice Walker, The Color Purple
